Lunch box reservation (Deadline July 10th)

Again we would like to remind you of our lunch box reservation. We strongly recommend you to use our conference lunch box reservation service. Reserve your lunches in advance by visiting the provided link below TODAY. https://amarys-jtb.jp/2023icrc/

In order to make an actual reservation, please ‘Log-in’ and go to ‘My Page’. (For menus and payment methods, please refer to the ‘Lunch Box’ in the ‘Application procedure’).

Please note: For those attending the July 28th DIVERSITY SESSION we will provide lunch boxes. Therefore, we strongly recommend that participants in the diversity session cancel their lunch box reservations.

One-day sightseeing tours on July 30th (Deadline July 10th)

The deadline of booking two one-day sightseeing tours is also July 10th.
